The proposed deadlines for material delivery are merely informative and not binding for PrivesCollectors S.L.

Shipments are made via express transport. We work with top agencies (Seur, Nacex, Tourline, DHL, or others, depending on the type of shipment). Typically, delivery is handled by the agency within 24 to 48 business hours. We cannot guarantee 100% that deliveries will be made within 24-48 business hours as it is beyond our control. For instance, heavier or bulkier orders might experience some delay in delivery, extending the timeframe to 48-72 business hours. Additionally, deliveries to areas further from distribution zones may also experience extended delivery times, reaching 48-72 business hours. Should the customer prefer an alternative delivery method, they may request it, and depending on the area, a change in the agency could be considered. The agencies deliver goods to the building access points; however, we cannot guarantee delivery to specific floors within the building.

Due to the size of certain products, especially awnings exceeding 3.5m, orders containing these products cannot be delivered to the specified address. The entire shipment must be collected from the transport agency, as detailed in the information for these products.

In the event of a delay in product delivery due to issues in our stock or any circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify the customer. They may choose to accept the revised timelines or cancel the order, with an immediate refund of the amount paid by the customer, reimbursed by PrivesCollectors S.L. The estimated delivery days refer to business days and do not include holidays or Saturdays.

We dispatch goods using various agencies, primarily SEUR or Nacex for lightweight and small volume shipments, and other transport agencies for heavier or bulkier orders.
